Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

We will respond promptly with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Step 2: Pack and Ship the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Enclose a copy of your original order confirmation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.
